Mark Smith, Managing Director and CEO at Gamesman, believes that international events such as ICE represent an invaluable opportunity to showcase the advances made by the company and to highlight the ways in which technology and advanced manufacturing processes are being used to benefit customers. He explained: "I don't see our job as coming up with random product designs in the hope that they will hit the mark. Instead our expertise is in working with games designers and developers in order to bring exciting and relevant product ideas to life. Tangible examples of this approach can be seen on our booth and serve to demonstrate perfectly the end result of close customer collaboration."
He added: "ICE gives us an opportunity to meet with the relevant people, discuss the key issues impacting slot design, listen to their ideas and provide them with imaginative and integrated gaming solutions. I believe that the gaming industry needs a marquee event such as ICE to serve as a rallying point for technology and innovation. We're certainly looking forward to it and building on the momentum it undoubtedly generates for exhibitors despite the difficult trading conditions."
Gamesman go to ICE on the back of a highly successful 2010 which saw the company launch a dedicated facility in Las Vegas and show in its own right at G2E. Stand 4272 at ICE will be Gamesman's biggest ever presence at an international trade exhibition.
