PokaDice to debut its 21up Stud product at ICE 2011 show

(UK).- UK-based card games developer PokaDice Gaming is set to unveil a brand new card game at the forthcoming ICE Totally Gaming exhibition (Earls Court, London 25 to 27 January), describing its offering as 'the most genuine new casino table game concept since the introduction of Three Card Poker'.

1up Stud will make its worldwide show debut on the stand of Martin Williams Casino Equipment (3335), exclusive supplier of layouts for the game.
Explaining the virtues of the game, PokaDice Gaming Director, Martin Dewberry said: "21up Stud has the biggest payout (250-1) of any UK-based casino table game of its kind. It can easily accommodate a progressive jackpot system and is very player-friendly, proving attractive to blackjack and poker players alike, as well as appealing to both novice and expert gamblers due to its game-play structure and betting formula."

21up Stud is initially being targeted at the UK casino market with early demonstrations gaining endorsement from Aspers Casino Newcastle Gaming Manager Alan Barnes, who describes it as a 'relaxing and sociable casino game'.

Martin Dewberry began developing the game in 2008 having worked in the casino industry as a gaming supervisor for several years and is currently working on three further games for future development.

He concluded: "My target market is primarily the UK, but we have also had considerable interest from casino firms in Sweden, Finland, and Atlantic City and 21up Stud is about to be taken on by a large casino chain in Las Vegas. PokaDice is looking to revolutionise the gaming industry by introducing completely brand-new concepts that satisfy the modern casino-goer whilst recognising the classic style of casino games."
