What remarkable products have you presented in G2E?
The most important and thrilling product we exhibited this year was the new EpiCentral system, through which operators may print many coupons, promotions or any other marketing offer and reach players directly, while they are playing in any slot at the casino.
Which was the feedback of the public? Which do you think will be the future key issues in the market you are targeting?
The EPiCentral system had a great reception. The product enthuses our customers around the world. They even like this new system and appreciate the technology we have in the factories of the Player Tracking and Slot Accounting online systems.
Considering that the TITO system is achieving more importance in our markets, I predict that the EpiCentral will attract a great interest in Latin America. There are several customers that wish to become the first casino in their county to install it.
How have you seen the event this year? Have you noted a recovery with regards to the strong crisis felt last year?
Yes, definitely.I noted a more positive attitude towards casino operators. I saw more optimism on the future. In my view, I have a feeling about 2011.
How have you taken the challenge that means your new position in the company? Which are your main goals for the short and medium-term?
Our company has been experiencing a growth in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia, but it is true that it does not count with a big market share in Latin America. My great challenge is to revert this situation.
What balance can you make of 2010? How will you deal the following year?
2010 was positive. Certainly, I was very busy and will continue travelling until the end of the year. We already have several planned trips for January, including our participation in ICE.
