ow do you evaluate your participation in G2E?
This year’s G2E was by far the best show we have ever had since we first introduced the E-table concept to the gaming market at the World Gaming Exposition (the predicessor to G2E) back in 1999. From July 2007 to September of 2010 we were partnered with IGT and were limited to a small part of IGT's booth. Now that we have back complete control of our company, G2E was the perfect opportunity to show the industry why our tables are the "Benchmark of e-table technology and innovation"
What was the feedback from visitors and customers?
The feedback from our customers and vistors to our booth was very positive. We had many people tell us we had the best booth at the show, certainly all of our beautiful dealers and our party pit display didn't hurt when it came to drawing attention to our booth.
What was their response to your products and new launches?
Everyone was very impressed with our latest products and features. It was very incouraging to hear people tell us that after looking at all of the other products trying to imitate our propriety technology that we were still the product they wanted in their property. By far the best reponse to our products were the many new sales orders we received and the intense interest from new markets and distributors.
How did you see this edition regarding G2E 2009?
For us there is no comparision, G2E 2010 far exceeded our 2009 experience and was a key turning point for DigiDeal.
In your opinion, did the show demonstrate a recovery from de global crisis?
Things are definatley improving. I think we are a couple of years from full recovery, but all the new and expanding markets are good for everyone that survived the past few years. For us, the popularity of E-tables and the benefits in productivity, versatility and maximizing profits that our products offer make this is an ideal economic climate for for DigiDeal.
How was this year for the company?
2010 was a transitional year for DigiDeal with our seperation from IGT. As of the middle September we are back in control and are on track to make 2011 the best year ever for DigiDeal.
Which are your plans for next year?
We have already opened a sales office in Mexico and will be opening an office in Macau shortly. We will be expanding our list of distributors and installing games in many new jurisdiction around the world. We will be back at G2E next year with new games and products and an even bigger story to tell.
