This will be the second casino MJCI will be leasing to PAGCOR. The first one, PAGCOR Club San Lazaro (PGSL) is located at the Turf Club at the San Lazaro Leisure and Business Park in Carmona, Cavite opened in December 8, 2006. This is the first racino in the country and the first in the Asia Pacific Region. It is a joint venture between the PAGCOR and the Manila Jockey Club.
PGSL initially started with 110 of the most modern and latest slot machines, and four gaming tables. Today its number has already balooned to over 250 slot machines and six gaming tables, an impressive jump from its first year of operations.
It also expanded its slot machine repertoire as it added more progressive link type and interactive games, such as the Bally ‘Hot shot’ and the ‘F2 Grand Prix Derby’ slot machines.
PGSL likewise offers great amenities such as regular promotions & services as well as off track betting facilities. This eventually paved the way for PGSL to be considered as one of PAGCOR’s best performing casinos outside of Metro Manila.
