FutureLogic files patent infringement lawsuit against Nanoptix

(US).- FutureLogic announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Nanoptix in the United States District Court for the Central District of California last October 14. The lawsuit alleges that defendant’s “Paycheck” line of printers used at casinos in California and elsewhere in the United States infringes United States Patent Number 7,594,855 held by FutureLogic.

utureLogic’s lawsuit requests injunctive relief, a court declaration of infringement and monetary damages.

 

FutureLogic is a global company specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, distribution and sales of standard and customized printer solutions for a wide range of applications, including casino/ gaming vouchers, gas pump receipts, medical devices, POS coupons, and labels for assembly-line products.
