The Company’s investments in, and new approach to, game development is yielding new games and play features that provide enhanced entertainment experiences for the company’s gaming markets. We are actively expanding our product portfolio to address a broader segment of the slot floor with new appealing games that deliver elevated player excitement. Our 56 unique titles (and 104 total units) on the show floor at G2E 2010 further demonstrate that the Company is well-positioned to deliver offerings that we anticipate will be in demand by casino operators and their players.”

2010 G2E Product Offerings

Multimedia Games is debuting an expanded portfolio of Class II, Class III and VLT games, including its new hybrid mechanical reel Maximum Lockdown series, the new Side Action series of games that offer players the chance to experience differentiated game excitement through a unique side wager, new progressive games for the Class II and Washington markets, a full range of new features for the show-stopping TournEvent slot tournament system, the company’s first-ever proprietary slant top cabinet which will showcase a standalone version of Slot Car Speedway and enhanced top-box designs.

The new products on display at G2E include:

Side Action Series: Multimedia Games’ newest innovation takes the traditional slot game to the next level with Side Action, featuring a differentiated game experience that plays out simultaneous to the spinning video reel slot game. Debuting at G2E 2010 on two base games, Texas Tornado and Blazin’ Bucks, the Side Action dice and poker games are displayed alongside the slot game on the 23” screen in the Company’s popular Player HD cabinet and give players the chance to expand the entertainment experience by adding new game excitement to game play through an optional wager on a secondary game. With Side Action Poker, players can bet on a five-card stud poker hand while the base slot game is in action. In a second version, Side Action Dice gives players the chance to wager on the outcome of the roll of six dice.

Maximum Lockdown Series: Maximum Lockdown is a new hybrid mechanical reel game that bridges the gap between 3-reel and 5-reel mechanical reel products. The firm’s newest innovation magnifies players’ winnings and adds a new layer of excitement to the base game. The unique reel configuration – reels one and five act as bonus reels while the three inside reels act as traditional mechanical reels – enables players to win big. The Maximum Lockdown feature is triggered when matching symbols land on reels one and five. Once the match is made, the two outside reels lock into place and the three middle reels re-spin to determine any winning combinations. Going forward, Multimedia Games plans to expand the Maximum Lockdown feature to a new series of games.

Class II and Washington State Progressives: The company is showing its newest progressive games for the Class II and Washington State markets with Ice on Fire and Mega Meltdown. The newest progressive product from Multimedia Games for Washington State, Mega Meltdown is a classic 3-reel mechanical reel, 6-Tier bank progressive that has been successfully introduced in Class III markets. The Company is also introducing, Ice on Fire, a new progressive for Class II markets. Ice on Fire is a classic 3-reel mechanical reel, 6-Tier bank progressive that features sparkling diamonds that radiate fire flames in the game’s top box. When a progressive is won, the fire grows.

TournEvent: After a well-received showing at G2E last year with crowds of trade show attendees regularly lined up for demonstrations of the innovative product, TournEvent returns this year with all-new features that will further distance it from competitive solutions. TournEvent 3.0 adds an automated emcee for tournament events and a custom “Pop-N-Win” game that adds an element of skill to the base tournament game. TournEvent now also features a tournament dashboard that displays real-time picture-in-picture video of the top five players, the player’s name and position in the tournament and the time remaining. The new innovations featured in TournEvent enable operators to quickly and seamlessly create entertaining tournament environments featuring eye-catching real-time leader boards and countdown displays on slot machines and on overhead displays. Deployed on a bank of games, TournEvent allows the slot floor manager to switch seamlessly to out-of-revenue tournaments at the push of a button.

5-Reel Mechanical Reel Games: Power Stacks is a new feature from Multimedia Games that will bring added excitement to the 5-reel mechanical reel segment. The Power Stacks feature will be shown on three base games – Wild Tornado, Super Rubies and Koi Pond – and offers players a unique bonus round featuring innovative wild reel and re-spin action.

3-Reel Mechanical Reel Games: Multimedia Games is also taking its traditional 3-reel mechanical reel games to the next level with unique top box features that add a new level of interactivity. The King Richer game offers players classic BAR and 7 symbols along with the King Richer Free Spin Bonus. The bonus round showcases its interactive top box and awards five free spins with an entry pay of 5x the total wager. The Wild Wheel game offers a traditional 1-line mechanical reel game and the proprietary Wild Wheel top box feature, which allows the player to spin the top box wheel that awards as much as 10x the line prize.

Player HD SLX cabinet: Multimedia Games is adding to its line of Player Series cabinets with the introduction of its first slant top cabinet at this year’s G2E. Shown in conjunction with a stand-alone version of the popular Slot Car Speedway game, the Company’s new slant top cabinet delivers maximum player entertainment and comfort and features a wide-screen 23” high definition display.

Pat Ramsey added, “Our organization is focused on developing a unique portfolio of new entertaining games to expand Multimedia Games’ presence in Class II, Class III and VLT markets. We are excited to bring this expanded range of products to G2E 2010 as it demonstrates the depth of our portfolio and our ability to address the varied gaming entertainment preferences of slot players. Our introduction of new game play features such as Side Action and Maximum Lockdown provide players with added layers of excitement above and beyond the base game."

"At the same time, we continue to evolve our 3-reel and 5-reel mechanical reel games with new innovations including Power Stacks, our newest 5-reel mechanical reel game play feature, as well as unique top box entertainment experiences that add a level of interactivity that goes beyond the reels. In addition, we are excited to offer our Class II and Washington State customers Multimedia Games’ newest progressive games for these markets. Finally, building on its award winning success last year, we have further enhanced our TournEvent slot tournament system to add new features and new levels of excitement,” he concluded.
