Tracy and Sisk will oversee and manage all non-gaming operations and gaming operations respectively for all Sands China Ltd's existing properties which include Sands Macao, The Venetian Macao and The Four Seasons Hotel Macao and Plaza Casino and future developments in Macau.
Tracy has over 20 years of hands on management and development experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. His extensive experience includes serving as Chairman and CEO of Capital Gaming, a multi-jurisdictional manager of Native American and Riverboat Casinos. He also served as CEO of the Trump Organization, where he was responsible for managing over 12,500 employees, 3,000 luxury hotel rooms and 240,000 square feet of casino space, which produced annual revenue in excess of us$1 billion.
Sisk is a veteran casino financial and operations executive with over 18 years of experience with major casino developers including Wynn Resorts and Caesars Palace. Prior to joining Sands China, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. He joined Wynn Resorts 18 months before the opening of Wynn Las Vegas and played an instrumental role in establishing the management and financial structure to operate the us$ 2.7 billion resort hotel and casino. Subsequently, Sisk also had a similar role in the development and opening of the us$ 2.3 billion Encore resort hotel and casino.
