Moody's confirms ratings of Cirsa as stable

(Spain).- Moody's confirms Global Credit Research Rating of Cirsa as stable. Moody's Investors Service has confirmed the 'B3' stable qualification for the company's issuance for the value of 230 million euros due by 2012 and eliminated the temporary qualification 'B3' from the new issue of 400 million maturing through 2018.


his rating confirmation put an end to the debt rating review of Cirsa opened on February 1 by the agency.

Moody's said the ratings reflect confirmation of "the strengthening" of the liquidity of the company and the "reduced refinancing risk" after a bond issue by 2018 of 400 million Euros.
