he new agreement with E-Service will give casino owners quick, cost effective repairs and service on all their Shuffle Master branded shufflers and chipping machines. E-Service will provide local technical support on all Shuffle Master products as well as providing on-site service contracts offering a monthly visit to carry out pro-active, preventative maintenance.
E-Service will also provide an advance replacement service, which ensures spares and replacements are dispatched the same day as they are requested reducing any down time and maximising income for the owner. E-Service will guarantee a vast holding of spares for all the Shuffle Master products they are supporting.
