hich are Gemaco’s main objectives for the coming months?
Our primary objective between now and the end of the year is to make sure the world knows Gemaco now produces a high quality roulette and value chip. We are quite proud of the fact that we recently accepted orders that will put Gemaco over the 1,000,000 piece threshold for 2010. With all of the expansion going on around the world and many capital expenditures postponed during 2009 our expectation is that business will stay strong through the end of this year and well into 2011.
Which are the principal markets for Gemaco in Latin America?
Mr. Giovanni Ponson based out of Aruba has primary responsibility for Gemaco’s sales in Latin America however with the recent addition of SA Gaming of Chile and Casino Solutions out of Buenos Aires we now have quite a strong presence throughout the entire region. Gemaco has well over 100 clients throughout these markets and I am sure there will be more now that Giovanni has some additional assistance.
Are you thinking in launching new products in the near future?
Having just rolled out our chip line at the beginning of 2009 we are still in development and growth mode. We intend to continue to focus on developing this product line to its full potential before moving forward into other products.
Did your close new distribution or sales deals recently?
As previously announced through Yogonet Gemaco recently signed distribution agreements with MP Gaming of South Africa and SA Gaming out of Vina Del Mar Chile.
In which trade event will you participate this year? Which are your expectations for them?
Gemaco just finished a strong showing at the recent show in Bogota and we will also be present at the upcoming G2E Asia, as well as G2E Vegas later this year.
Which are the characteristics of your products?
Gemaco produces both paper and 100% plastic cards, a full line of value and roulette chips, table layouts.
