They will do it in the 17 Autonomous Administration

Spain: COFAR, CEJ and AECJ will report illegal online gaming

(Spain).- COFAR, CEJ and AECJ, the three business associations that represent all the subsectors of private gaming in Spain, will propose imminently a report in the 17 Autonomous Administrations against illegal practises related to online gaming.

he first measure they will demand is the ban of the advertising of these games, that are infringing flagrantly flagrantly infringing all the norms in force related to games of chance, on top of asking for their urgent regulation and the fixation of the corresponding fiscal parameters to tax the activity.

These reports will be extending to the state administration, focused in this case, mainly, in the Ministeries of the Interior and Economy, and, as it is evident, are innefective through the Sectorial Commission in the start off a norm for network games.
