nder the agreement, Playtech's soft gaming solutions developer, Gaming Technology Solutions Limited (GTS), acquired in December 2009, have licensed their software platform EdGE to Virgin and will also deliver a brand new selection of game products, adding further variety to Virgin's established offering.
The EdGE platform is a cost effective and easily integrated games engine that will allow Virgin to manage and operate their games with ease. Its ICE Back Office (ICE) toolset delivers many functional and performance enhancements to Virgin including support for games marketing campaigns, report customisation, customer support and much more in a user interface that is both practical and easy to use.
Commenting, Warren Eloff of Virgin Games said: "We are looking forward to working with GTS and through the delivery of their platform, we have access to a variety of leading games content from world class developers.
