Octavian to showcase systems and game solutions at upcoming IGE

(UK).- At IGE 2010, Octavian will showcase systems and games solutions such as Spot The Ball, games for the Italian AWP market and Symphony CE. Symphony CE (Casino Edition) is the firm’s end-to-end slots and tables casino management system, which offers integrated TITO, cashless, player tracking and jackpot modules.

ommenting on this latest development, Octavian CEO Harmen Brenninkmeijer said: “We are known for our proven ACP system which featured the world’s largest system installation at one point in Russia. Now we have come back with a complete scalable and modular solution allowing you to pay just for those features as you need them and avoiding large up front costs. Symphony CE brings it all together in a complete solution that automates and simplifies the management of tables, slots, cash desk, registration, reception, security, loyalty, marketing and more.”

Since its release in 2009, Symphony CE has attracted wide international appeal and has been selected as the ‘system of choice’ in government-mandated applications in many emerging Latin American areas, including a number of provinces in Argentina and more recently in Colombia. Added Brenninkmeijer: “This is a modular, affordable and easily upgradeable system that casino operations of all sizes can harness to drive efficiency, revenue and profitability – at a single site or across a network of venues. As well as rich core functionality, there is built-in functionality such as TITO, cashless, player tracking and jackpots that can be activated and customised to match each casino operator’s precise needs.”

Creating great interest ahead of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, Spot The Ball is a football game delivered in partnership with Gextech, creators of the Fantastic League, the world’s leading virtual football game. It brings a globally recognised game concept into hi-tech, real-time rendered soccer stadia, complete with different teams and atmospheric crowds, audio and lighting, and demonstrates how variants of Octavian’s Symphony platform can run and manage games from third-party content development partners.

The game runs on Octavian’s highly adaptable Symphony DE (Downloadable Games Edition) system and is available for land-based fixed-odds betting terminals worldwide. Alongside the systems, Octavian will show a number of its top-performing Italian AWP titles, featuring Billy Bones and Chicago Night.

Completing the exciting Octavian line-up of products are new multi-game sets for German AWP and Belgium SWP markets. It will be present at stand 3230, IGE London, Earls Court, 26–28 January 2010.
