ollowing Gtech’s acquisition of Spielo in 2004, Spielo began to apply its gaming expertise to unique commercial casino solutions. Lottery customers wondered how the change would impact Spielo’s culture of focused customer service and high-performance distributed gaming market products.
Over time, they learned that Spielo’s entry into the commercial sector did nothing to dilute its leadership in the lottery market; if anything, its powerful backing meant Spielo could devote more resources to research and development. Thanks to that investment, Spielo is now delivering great products to both its government and commercial clients.
In 2008, Gtech completed its acquisition of Atronic, which brought and still brings a strong portfolio of licensed products, linked and wide-area progressive solutions and a worldwide distribution network to its Gaming Solutions Group. Yet it wasn’t immediately clear to Atronic Americas’ customers how the acquisition would affect them.
Now, after a challenging year of careful planning and restructuring, Gaming Solutions’ casino divisions have emerged stronger, more focused and ready to share their vision for the future. Together, Atronic Americas and Spielo are launching a new strategy aimed at delivering top-performing products tailored to their commercial casino clients’ immediate and long-term needs.
Atronic Americas will focus on delivering the new prodiGi Vu cabinet and its innovative product portfolio to customers. The prodiGi Vu cabinet and sensys platform are the first to be jointly represented by Atronic Americas and Spielo.
Atronic Americas and Spielo announced many recent successful live launches of the prodiGi Vu cabinet at casino venues across the continent. The feedback from properties with live machines has been overwhelmingly positive.
Atronic Americas and Spielo are sharing resources and working together to ensure their customers’ successful futures.
