But admits he didn’t considered other aspects “of ordinary proceeding"

Aragon Ombudsman considered “constitutional” Gran Scala act

(Spain).- “El Justicia de Aragon”, as is known the Ombudsman of this region, Fernando García Vicente, supports the constitutionality of the Act of Leisure Centers of High Capacity that allows building Gran Scala in Ontiñena (Aragon, Spain).

V

icente Garcia believes that this project is in line with the Spanish Constitution and the Statute of Autonomy, but admits that he didn’t considered other aspects “of ordinary proceeding"

The Justicia’s report answered to the claim filed by the United Left (sp. IU), which has undertaken a series of actions against a law they consider on-demand and convert Aragon into a "banana republic" subject to the interest of certain businesses.

Adolfo Barrena, IU diputate in the Parliament of Aragon said yesterday that Justicia’s conclusion does not preclude that Izquierda Unida continues to work to stop this law.
