First Vice Prime Minister said that the law does not stipulate so

Ukrainian government not to reimburse purchasers of gambling business licenses

(Ukraine).- The Ukrainian cabinet sees no need to reimburse business owners for the cost of licenses to run gambling halls, First Vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Turchynov said at a briefing last Friday.

"

I think those who bought the licenses have already earned revenues ten times the value of a license,” Turchynov commented.

“And, once again, I wish to say that the law fully regulates the legal relations of the government, especially the cabinet, as well as those who ran gambling businesses, so there can't be any alowances for those whose licenses have yet to expire, as the law doesn't stipulate that," Turchynov concluded.
