“We are excited that Walt will be heading up our strategic technology initiatives,” said Richard Haddrill, Bally CEO. “Walt possesses the perfect combination of gaming and systems technical expertise that we need to take our award-winning and world-class Systems and Games technologies to the next level of customer-driven quality and innovation. Walt is also highly regarded by his peers throughout the industry as evidenced by his outstanding three-year chairmanship of the Gaming Standard Association’s S2S Committee.”

In his new role, Eisele will direct the implementation of new technologies, with an emphasis on the integration of Games and Systems and new Systems-based gaming products, and have oversight of Bally’s Innovation Lab located in Northern California. He will also lead the Company’s Technical Committee. Eisele joined Bally Technologies in 2004 with the acquisition of Reno, Nev.-based Sierra Design Group (SDG).

Derik Mooberry previously served eight years as Bally’s Vice President, System Sales – Western North America. In his new position, he will be responsible for all of Bally’s video and reel-spinning gaming-machine sales throughout North America. Additionally, Mooberry will lead Bally’s Gaming Operations division, which consists of the Company’s portfolio of recurring-revenue games and wide-area progressive products.

“Derik is a gaming-industry and Bally Technologies sales veteran who is highly respected throughout our industry,” said Gavin Isaacs, Bally Technologies’ Chief Operating Officer. “In his previous position, Derik developed strong relationships with a number of Bally’s largest Systems customers, and therefore keenly understands the importance of delivering on our customer-centric philosophy in all that we do.”

Succeeding Mooberry is Rob Jackson, who was promoted to Vice President of System Sales – Western North America after serving as Bally’s Director of Regional Systems Sales since 2004. In that position, he oversaw and directed all Systems sales initiatives in the western U.S.

“Rob has consistently demonstrated his commitment to serving the needs of our customers and is the ideal choice to take over leadership of our western regional sales team,” said Ramesh Srinivasan, Bally Technologies’ Executive Vice President, Systems. “I’m confident that Rob will continue to aggressively pursue our delivery of excellent customer service and industry-leading systems technology in his new role.”
