The current economic situation offers a wide range of opportunities in such areas as gaming industry, according to Joaquin Agut, Managing Director of Cirsa Group, in his response to PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC’s) Annual Global CEO Survey, under a title: ‘Redefining success’, in which participated 87 chairmen and CEOs of Spanish companies.

There are some elements of business model, which make possible better to adapt to the current economic situation, thinks Agut, like geographic diversification and product innovation, more austerity, rigorousness in the investments and to take care of employees.

The strategic plan should be simple and must communicate to the organization the objectives to be achieved by company. The first challenge must be to know the productivity measurement and manage to make a stronger commitment of employees to the company, and focus on economic incentives at the lowest levels of the organization, Cirsa CEO concluded.
