Suzo Happ signed a partnership agreement with Trade Market

(Portugal).- Suzo Happ in Europe announced Trade Game as distribution and service partner in Portugal. Both companies are well known for the dedication to service and focus on supplying the best solutions possible to the gaming market.

uzo Happ has grown to become the largest supplier of spare parts throughout the world with subsidiaries around the globe. Sources of the company said that its strategy is to offer leading technologies to create complete customer solutions; a combination of home-grown products and hand-picked distribution products bring this strategy to fruition. “Our policy is innovation, followed closely by implementation”, explained Suzo Happ’s European Casino Manager Erik Wijma.

Trade Game has grown over twenty years to be a key supplier to the gaming industry in Portugal. It distributes gaming machines for major industry players such as Bally, Novomatic and Unidesa. The representation has grown over the years and covers a wide product range, including, for example, MEI for banknote readers. This natural progression in company representations in the Portuguese gaming industry explains the excellent fit of Suzo Happ into the company portfolio.

Marcos Pinto, Trade Game’s International Operations Manager explains, “It is our company strategy to expand the solutions we can offer to the gaming industry here in Portugal. Suzo Happ is a perfect fit for us with such a wide product portfolio. Furthermore, the dedication to providing new solutions such as the new topper range along with a strong technical team both correspond to and stress the similar value philosophies of our two companies”.

Joost van Egeraat, Suzo Happ’s Regional Casino Sales Manager, comments on the new agreement, “We are very excited to have Trade Game on board. The Portuguese market now has access to the whole range of product solutions that Suzo Happ offers. Suzo Happ has grown to become the leading supplier of coin pay-out hoppers with a wide range of solutions, be it the Excel or Gold Casino Hoppers, the Escendo Escalator Hopper or the Evolution or Cube Hoppers.

The topper range is a great example of this. Initially the role of toppers was to draw players’ attention to the slots. This has been complemented with RGB and Xenon toppers. A further development was to link the topper control together. Now Suzo Happ has taken the meaning of toppers a step further with the new topper range. Toppers such as the Reel Topper and Round Video Topper can be integrated deep into the game.

“Toppers have taken on a new meaning for slots and have opened up a completely new chapter for game developers,” explained Suzo Happ’s Erik Wijma. The Suzo Happ company philosophy of offering best-in-class is mirrored by its choice of distribution partnerships. To cite just one example: ELO has gained an excellent reputation for touch-screen monitors – the new 22” widescreen 2240L touch-screen has been widely acclaimed.

The team at Trade Game has already enjoyed product training and the extended programme will ensure both customer and Trade Game’s expectations of strong local support. ”We have highlighted the products that the industry needs most to ensure that Trade Game can support these from day one. The continued training programme we have agreed we allow the team at Trade Game to expand its product knowledge to support market requirements as they evolve”, concluded van Egeraat.
