he QX-30 is aimed at mid to high end applications and utilizes the latest AMD/ATI RS780E chipset and HD2400 GPU to drive up to four monitors directly with exceptional graphics performance, including HD video playback. A wide range of single and dual core CPUs are available, including passive cooling configurations, all in a 200x200mm package.
The new QXi-100 is a compact “all-in-one” low-power fanless solution aimed at cost sensitive PCbased applications, but without sacrificing crucial graphics performance. It features a sophisticated dual-screen ATI chipset and powerful 64-bit CPU, resulting in performance significantly faster than rival Atom based solutions. Quixant’s usual range of digital I/O, comms and gaming hardware featuresare included and the system comes in a sealed aluminium enclosure.
The QXi-100 costs from us$ 295 in volume. Both the QX-30 and QXi-100 come with Quixant’s wide range of software tools and royalty free gaming protocols, including cctalk, JCM ID003 and SAS 6.02, with more planned for release in 2009.
