The hub to enable the company to deliver a new modern network gaming model

Isle of Man and NYX Interactive reach agreement

(Sweden).- The Isle of Man authorities and NYX Interactive agreed on a new framework for the next generation of network gaming. The company has been given a gaming license enabling customers to based the NYX system hub get a gaming sublicense and be up and running much faster and more cost efficient.

he hub will enable NYX Interactive to deliver a new modern network gaming model, to streamline gaming operation set-ups and offer its customers a fast track solution to market launch by benefiting from a prearranged set-up.

Based on experience from several bingo, lottery and casino related award winning launches over the last years NYX will offer operators a wide pallet of approved and go live ready game and business operation related services.

NYX will as a result of this be able to offer its customers - both network and standalone operators -with an unseen, innovative, cost and time efficient road to gaming operation in a highly regarded, well-regulated, tax efficient and sophisticated jurisdiction that is supported by the ’best-of-breed’ technical and network infrastructure available to support the need for growing gaming network operations.

Several customers have already shown interest in the new hub and in fourth quarter 2008 and first quarter 2009 several sub licensees is expected to go live based on the NYX system in the Isle of Man. Jonas Blomqvist Chief Operating Officer at NYX Interactive commented: "We are delighted that our application to establish a hub for gaming solutions on the Isle of Man has been approved.

"As supplier of online games to both WLA and commercial operators focusing on the international market this is a strategic opportunity for us to offer our customers new ways to run their businesses in a more profitably way with a shorten time to market for new games and new markets. "We have several customers lined up and in the coming year we hope to see a significant growth in our new IOM business."

This is a significant step forward in the e-Gaming strategy we have developed.

"We have worked to ensure that the regulatory environment is compatible for a variety of e-Gaming platforms, from online payment services, to software and web design companies to sports betting service providers and the licensing of NYX Interactive is testimony to just how far we have come in this respect over the last year."
