Bally to display 50 % more games at Global Gaming Expo 2008

Some of Bally’s exhibit highlights are: 50 % more games than last year, with new games for every market including Class III, Class II, lottery, central determination and international and system’s technology that delivers greater customer interaction and operating efficiencies.

Besides, a Networked Floor of the Future Command and Control Center, featuring live demonstrations of floor management applications; business intelligence solutions and picture-in-picture game displays.

Blazing 7s Multi-Slot Reel Slot one of industry’s first multi-game steppers

This dramatic new product - Blazing 7s Multi-Slot - is one of the industry’s first reel-spinning slot machines to offer multi-game capability with three games from which to choose. Additionally, it will present a new "Super Progressive Suite" for the GameMaker video-slot platform, the much-awaited GameMaker HD Scheduler, as well as a new version designed with six of Bally’s most popular video slots for the video-dominated international gaming market.

Bally to showcase DualVision multi-player platform with seating for two

At G2E, Bally will introduce several exciting new cabinet configurations. These include a new DualVision multi-player gaming platform based on the popular CineVision gaming cabinet. It features a single, segmented video display, bench seating for two, and a common bill acceptor specifically designed for "couples" or "friends" play. The DualVision cabinets on display will feature the new Two for the Money game.

Bally will also showcase a new series of supersized cabinet styles, available in three different configurations - video, stepper and stepper with an "Instant Spin prize feature" top box. Another booth highlight will be the new Transparent Reels stepper concept featuring innovative technology that allows for unique, 3-D-style video and animated displays in conjunction with mechanical reels. Among other new cabinet advancements slated for unveiling at G2E is a new reel-spinning version of Bally’s V32 video cabinet and a new FineLine cabinet that features a slimmer profile with reduced depth.

New Playboy video slot to debut at G2E

It will be featured on Bally’s V32 video slot platform with its 32-inch vertical touch-screen video display. Featuring the tagline: "Play Better. Win More," Bally will also present enhanced versions of its two retro-themed Skill Series Atari video slots - Breakout! and Pong. Bally also plans to debut another licensed title called Breeders’ Cup, a horse-racing themed game.

Power Strike progressives offer high-value item as top award

Power Strike is a progressive video slot that adds the cost of a top prize, such as a motorcycle, boat, car or vacation, into the game’s mathematical formula. This allows that cost to be configured into the top jackpot award as if it were cash.

Bally adds even more depth to stepper portfolio

In addition to new stepper innovations such as the jumbo cabinet, V32 cabinet, Transparent Reels and Blazing 7s Multi-Slot stepper, Bally is expanding its S9E library and adding 10 new S9C titles. One of the highlights will be Bally’s new Cash Wheel progressive slot with a Cash Wheel Instant Spin game that qualifies players for the wheel-based Cash Wheel bonus feature.

This year’s show will feature such pioneering concepts as Bally’s new "video win profile" that provides new insights into designing games players like to play again and again, and the new EasyView onscreen video display and Easy Select button deck that gives players a more consistent gaming experience from game to game.

Bally is also offering new packaged game collections, such as the Treasure Series, the Monkey Series, and the Wild Series. These take the guesswork out of banking groups of games for operators and provide pre-packaged themed solutions ready for the casino floor. Another Bally G2E highlight is the firm’s greatly expanded library of exciting new video titles, including a variety of new higher volatility video slots that appeal to gamblers and repeat players seeking higher-volatility experiences.

Specialty games that will be featured on Bally’s new Transparent Reels platform include Hot N’Wild Blazing Stars, Hot N’Wild Ruby Rush, Dragon Dynasty, Twin Tigers, Sky and Sky Spirits.

Other specialty games highlights will include 1,000,000 Degrees, a million-dollar wide-area progressive product now available for the Class III gaming market that can be linked to Bally’s existing Millionaire Sevens wide-area progressives; Cash Burst, an exciting dual-screen gaming experience; and two Digital Tower Series games: Fireball and QuarterMillion$ Tower of Power.

The success of the Quick Hit Platinum games on the dramatic V32 vertical upright video slot will also be highlighted with the new Quick Hit Diamonds games: Quick Hit Wild Red Jackpot, Quick Hit Wild Blue Jackpot and Quick Hit White Fire. In its popular Hot Shot series, Bally unveils Ultimate Hot Shot Progressive, a five-level progressive with a game-in-game bonus and a top-wheel bonus feature.

Company showcases new Systems Version 11 with new user interfaces, features for international markets. The iVIEW network and Bally Systems provide improved service, customized marketing at the point of play, second-chance win, dynamic game configuration, easy-audit revenue management and support for responsible gaming. And it’s available on games from every manufacturer.

Visitors to Bally’s G2E booth will be able to see first-hand the company’s new Bally Live Rewards Tournaments, the ultimate form of community gaming. Offered through the iVIEW displays, Live Rewards Tournaments offers the player a selection of standalone games or real-time tournaments in which players can compete against other players. Bally’s leadership in the Networked Floor of the Future will be highlighted by an elevated Command and Control Center. In this area, it will showcase its award-winning Business Intelligence Solutions, a powerful data analytics and visualization suite.

Also on display will be another component of Bally’s Networked Floor, the iVIEW Display Manager. It allows gaming operators to create picture-in-picture capability on the iVIEW display, the main game display, the second gaming display, or any game display. This capability is run through the iVIEW processor rather than the game processor which would require separate regulatory approvals and complex development and integration efforts.

G2E visitors will also be able to see live demonstrations of Bally’s G2S-compliant Download Configuration Manager, which allows casinos to download and configure Bally’s cabinets with new game content as well as adjust a wide variety of game configurations, including denominations and minimum bet and hold percentages.

Bally showcases new Cashless Gaming Stored-Value Card functionality

This solution allows casinos to attract and reward players with a stored-value card that is redeemable for play at any slot machine. The card can only be redeemed at participating casinos where the slot machine card reader message will be recognized by a Bally Game Monitoring Unit.
