WagerWorks first showing at the Betting Show 2008

(UK).- Exhibiting for the first time at the Betting Show, WagerWorks will be showcasing its online game titles and server based technology on stand 320 with sister companies Barcrest Group and Cyberview, today and tomorrow (October 22-23) at the NEC, Birmingham.

A

recent series of high profile contracts with PartyGaming and 888 provides testimony to the reputation that WagerWorks has gained in the marketplace as the world’s leading branded content provider. Its games have been recognised for their household brands, quality of customer experience and operational performance. Both operators will be adding some of WagerWorks most successful and popular titles to their game portfolios.

Additional contract announcements include Betfair leveraging WagerWorks games via the Orbis Fixed Odds Games module. Orbis has also now integrated the WagerWorks rgs system to its OpenBet platform to offer its customers all of WagerWorks’ game content from anywhere within the OpenBet Platform.

During the Betting Show 2008, WagerWorks will be showing its range of latest game releases, including: Triple Fortune Dragon: A MultiWay slot with 243 ways to win for only 25 credits, 3 Wheel Roulette, which offers players three times the chance of winning on every spin. It also includes Elvis - A Little More Action, which features 50 paylines across 5 reels with stacked wilds and 255 free spins with retriggers and Da Vinci Diamonds: 20 paylines across 5 reels. Players can win again and again on a single play with the Tumbling Reels feature and 300 free spins with retriggers.

A recent re-organization of IGT Corporate structure saw changes in the UK with WagerWorks now falling under the banner of IGT-UK. Part of this change is the appointment of Oliver Lofthouse to the position of Director and General Manager of IGT-UK Gaming and WagerWorks.

Commenting on the presence at the Betting Show, Oliver Lofthouse said: “WagerWorks has continued to deliver flexible and effective iGaming solutions tailored to meet the needs of our operators. Our presence at this year’s Betting Show will continue to develop our presence in the remote gaming market and I am excited to further explore the potential business opportunities that exist in this part of the market.”
