With an installation of SmartBoss, Ritzio expects a 5% reduction of the Group’s operational costs due to automation of the key administration processes. Gaming machines management and control functions, such as data collection and pay-out procedures, will now require less involvement from the personnel. The management companies also take advantage of the SmartBoss by cutting costs on the financial and operational controllers trips to remote gaming venues.
