he NGCB will then conduct a hearing, which is to be the final step leading to the official approval of the G3 system for use in Nevada casinos. This process normally takes approximately 60 days to complete.
“The G3 is an internationally acclaimed product that won the 2006 IGWB International Award for Innovation,” stated Earle G. Hall, DEQ's President and CEO. “We were confident from the start that the system would perform to expectations as it does every day in more than 200 casinos around the world. We are very happy that this three year process is over and that we are on the eve of wide scale commercialization in the world's Mecca for gaming.”
Field trials were conducted at Harrah's Bally's Strip, a property known for its mix of local and tourist clientele and at Station Casinos' Green Valley Ranch, which is a renowned local players' casino. Both properties trialed the G3 on the well-known Caribbean Stud poker game.
The G3 is a linkable bonusing, jackpot and loyalty server-based system that brings an entire suite of important bonusing and system processes to table games, providing casinos with increased revenues and additional player participation. With the G3, players can place multiple side bets on their own hands but also on the dealer's hand.
The system also has several bonuses such as the Magic Card and the Lucky Player which are both high frequency prizes awarded to keep the players' interest. The G3 replaces existing legacy bonusing systems with exciting, user friendly applications and is adaptable to any live table game: poker, blackjack or baccarat.
