During that time he has held system development positions with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, GameLogic, Foxwoods Resort Casino, International Game Technology and SyCo Development Corporation. While working with IGT and SyCo, Tower was one of the principal developers of the IGS casino management system. For the last five years Tower has been the driving force behind GSA's XML based standards.
