Parlay is just one of thirty companies worldwide to receive a UK remote gambling software licence, and is the only bingo software developer in the world to do so. The licence allows Parlay to deploy its software to clients who are headquartered in the UK, or to remote companies who target the UK market.
It also holds a class four gaming software provider's licence in Malta and is also a certified gaming software provider in the Isle of Man. “We're thrilled to have been granted a UK licence,” said Steve Cook, Parlay's European Managing Director. “It means we'll be able to continue serving our existing UK-based licensees as well as signing up new ones. We're also pleased that we are currently the only online bingo developer to receive a remote gambling software licence in the UK.”
As a licensed Gambling Software supplier, Parlay are required to abide by the Gambling Act 2005, and its three licensing objectives: keeping crime out of gambling, ensuring that gambling is conducted fairly and openly, and protecting children and vulnerable people from being harmed or exploited by gambling.
Parlay, who integrated their bingo software with over 50 operators, will be exhibiting at the ICEi show at London's Earls Court, January 22-24, where they will be promoting their upcoming software release, Parlay 5: Bingo Without Borders. “This is the seventh consecutive year that Parlay has supported the ICE show and we look forward to showing our latest software Parlay 5 to many new and existing customers. We welcome all visitors to drop by our booth 5225”, said Cook.
