The company to showcase 80 new models in ICE exhibition

Green landing in London from Aristocrat

(UK).- Aristocrat's much heralded “green” cabinet will be landing in London at ICE 2008 to make its first European appearance. Having earned a highly positive reception at G2E, it is just one of many new attractions being shown on the Aristocrat stand 3410. The majority of the models to be exhibited will be making their European debuts.

T

he provider will be demonstrating close to 80 Aristocrat models at ICE, the majority of which will be making their European debuts. New innovations will also be unveiled by ACE Interactive and PokerPro. Key product highlights include Thunderheart Hyperlink and Money Train Multilink, a variation of Cash Express sporting an exciting 3-D top sign.

Further revelations include a range of games currently under development which feature a Universal Player Interface and a broad selection of low denomination multi-liners. A new XTreme theme, Island Delight, gets its first European outing along with more than a dozen Xcite games, whilst Mr Woo is the company's latest Double Standalone Progressive being launched on the Xcite platform.

For the first time ever, Aristocrat's South African arm joins the Earls Court line-up, displaying a mixture of Xcite, Hyperlink, Slants and LPM rebuilds tailored for their region, whilst several individual European markets will be treated to a varied display of dedicated games.

Another first for Aristocrat will be a demonstration of its Casino Management System 7000, reinforcing the company's determination to provide the market with a more comprehensive range of casino products and services.

ACE Interactive, which recently concluded a prestigious interactive video terminal installation in Slovakia, will be demonstrating its expanding capabilities: catering for lottery and casino markets, a suite of terminals and games will be shown alongside Aristocrat's Server Centric Gaming solution, which now includes entry level Downloadable Games and the more progressive, full-blown Server Based Gaming from ACE Interactive.

PokerTek, for which Aristocrat acts as an exclusive distributor outside of North America, will also have a strong presence in London, with the latest versions of its electronic PokerPro poker tables. Setting the industry standard by which other electronic tables are judged, PokerPro arrives at ICE 2008 with a full game portfolio now including Omaha as well as Texas Hold'em.

Looking ahead to ICE 2008, Nick Khin, general manager Aristocrat EMEA, said: “ICE is a tremendously important exhibition for us and the industry at large in so far as it sets the tone and tempo for the year ahead. I'm delighted to say that following our strong presence at ICE 2007 we met and indeed surpassed many of the ambitious targets that we set ourselves.”

He continued: “We anticipate further successes through 2008 with a host of initiatives many of which are being unveiled at ICE. Of particular significance are the developments we will be making in new sectors of the business including downloadable, server-based and multi-station gaming.”
