Harmer’s responsibilities in this position include leading the development and enhancement of the company’s existing sports and wireless products to drive revenues and create deeper market penetration for existing products.
He joined Progressive Gaming in October 2005 as Vice President of Corporate Development and Assistant General Counsel and has served as a Member of the Company’s Gaming Compliance Committee.
Prior to joining Progressive Gaming, Harmer held various management positions with WMS Gaming including Director of Regulatory Affairs, Director of Native American Business Development and Director of Sales.
He also previously held the position of Deputy Attorney General for the Office of the Attorney General’s Gaming Division where he represented the State Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission.

Harmer holds a bachelors degree in criminal justice from the University of Illinois-Chicago, a law degree from Drake University and is a candidate to receive his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
