The supplier will look to expand into foreign market places

Kimble firm putting new opportunities on ICE 2008

(UK).- An expanding product line, growing sales and the opportunity to enter new markets are the reasons being cited by Kimble, Irish suppliers of gaming equipment, for the decision to double their stand size at ICE 2008, which takes place at London's Earls Court on January 22-24.

ales and Marketing Director Seoirse McCann confirmed: “Last year we decided to move to the extended part of the show and found that the amount of traffic passing by our stand doubled. The sales from last year's ICE were some of the best ever.”

McCann expounded: “The last two and half years have seen Kimble move into the production of new video slot machines as opposed to second hand games. This has proved to be a major success for us with sales continuing to increase every quarter. We have now teamed up with Taiwanese software giant Astro Corp. to distribute their games and this year's ICE show will feature the launch of not one but two jackpot systems, one progressive and one mystery system.”

Kimble currently has a library of over ten video slot games, all proven, cost-effective, winners in the Irish market, as McCann explained: “Every game we sell has already been field tested in some of our six gaming halls in Ireland, while the price we are able to sell the games at undercuts our competitors by 50 per cent.” Kimble machines have, as standard, JCM note acceptors, Micro-coin multi coin mechs, Suzo hoppers and 3M touch screen controllers.

ICE 2008 will see Kimble look to expand into foreign market places, with countries such as Bulgaria and Romania the main focus point, as well as plans for category B machines for the UK market expected later in the year.
