The latest 10-year lottery licence, announced earlier this summer, is expected to start on Feb 1 2009 and GTech expects to start receiving revenues from the third quarter of 2008, it said.

Under the terms of the new licence, GTech will supply Camelot with over 27,500 integrated Imagine lottery terminals, which will replace existing machines and grow the terminal base.

GTech will also convert online gaming and instant ticket systems to GTech’s enterprise series platform, it said. A wide array of gaming offerings will be offered via internet, mobile phone and internet TV, it added.
