Station Casinos planning to build luxury condos
(US).- Station Casinos has plans to build luxury condos just west of the Strip. According to the Las Vegas Sun, the casino company has quietly been buying homes in a neighborhood just west of Palace Station, near Sahara and I-15.

In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday, Station said it plans to develop a mixed-use residential, retail and entertainment project on all or part of 52 acres between Teddy Avenue and Desert Inn Road.
Early last year, Station began purchasing at least 40 homes in Richfield Village, surrounding Rex Bell Elementary School. Plans also call for working with a New York Real Estate developer who bought the Scandia Family Fun Center.
