What can you tell us about IGATE's showcase at the SiGMA Europe Summit in Malta? What are the company’s goals going into the event, with it being the last major one of the year?
Going into any B2B industry conference, iGATE prioritizes developing its professional network and formulating new connections, operators, and entrepreneurs. We enjoy demonstrating our innovative boutique solutions and how they can help anyone build and establish their own iGaming businesses.
Going into SiGMA Europe, the team has full schedules ready to meet all guests, and we’re ready to greet them all and introduce them to our offerings. iGATE prides itself on its customer service, and we’re excited to catch up with our current partners and discuss how we can ensure their success.
We’ll share industry insights, discuss developing trends, and have meaningful conversations with prospective clients about how we can help them achieve success. One thing I’m particularly excited about is showing everyone how exactly we personalize and tailor our solutions to meet our partners’ specific needs.
The company has been involved in numerous industry events this year. What are some features that you noticed guests were impressed with? What sets iGATE's portfolio of white label solutions apart, in terms of technology and features?
At all the industry events we’ve attended in 2024, the most frequent standout features that visitors appreciated were our bespoke and high-quality design capabilities. Our art department creates fascinating projects with amazing graphics that focus on attracting, converting and retaining players.
We always show prospective partners how our platform balances aesthetics and conversion-focused elements. And we also like to display our unique gamification mechanics that make each partner’s casino and sportsbook an attractive destination focused on player experience. These innovative retention methods help iGATE partners meet their business needs and grow in the industry.
What are some of the major trends that you see gaining momentum in the online gaming sector? Are there any significant changes in customer preferences and market dynamics that you could highlight for us?
The biggest trends in iGaming for the past couple of years have been personalization and gamification mechanics. iGATE has fully embraced these trends and implemented them in multiple successful partner casinos.
We offer a variety of gamification mechanics and strategies to our partners, who can choose which best suits their casino. A few mechanics we offer include tournaments, leaderboards, personal achievements and social features. Players enjoy a bespoke playing experience as they’re able to unlock promotions based on how they play, compete against others and create communities.
As we are now in the last quarter of the year, are there any new projects, plans, or goals for the remainder of 2024 that you could tell us more about?
The remainder of 2024 will be spent finalizing the several strategic opportunities we’ve identified that will help our growth next year.
SiGMA Europe is an event that will allow us to meet our partners and prospective clients, listen to their feedback and start preparing for an eventful 2025. We’ve been nominated for the “Industry Rising Star 2024” award at the event’s award show, so a win would be a great end to such a busy year for us.
