The company reviewed the launch of its new sports betting products, which are aimed at platform developers looking to enter the retail market. The manufacturer and distributor called the presentation in Las Vegas "a great success." The ecosystem includes an over-the-counter sports betting terminal, a bar top sports betting terminal or a full-size floor model, and cash redemption terminals.

SUZOHAPP has reflected on the launch of its new sports betting products at this years’ Global Gaming Expo (G2E) from October 5-7 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The gaming manufacturer and distributor introduced its complete ecosystem, which is aimed at sports betting platform developers looking to enter the retail market, describes the company in a press release.

SUZOHAPP defines the launch as a great success. The company worked with touchscreen products designer Elo Touch to develop an over-the-counter sports betting terminal (SBT-OTC) that allows players to purchase a sports betting voucher from a cashier in a sleek, dual-sided monitor that “enhances customer trust” by allowing them to oversee the entire transaction.

Players can then take the vouchers to either the newly designed bar top sports betting terminal (SBT-500) or the full-size floor model (SBT-1000) to place their bets. These units are platform-agnostic and can be “fully customized to suit developer specifications” and end-user needs.

Additionally, SUZOHAPP launched their partnership with Germany-based CountR as a distributor of their cash redemption terminals (CRT’s), which completes the ecosystem by providing a “fast and easy way” for guests to get their payout in a self-service method.

Depending on the system, the CRT’s can also be used to create betting vouchers, transform into TITO tickets, or can simply be used as an ATM to make the customer experience completely touchless, explains the manufacturer.

“This show was a great success for us at SUZOHAPP in that it allowed us to show how the ecosystem connects across the board and talk through all the potential opportunities that we can offer our customers from a flexible design standpoint,” said Todd Sims, Vice President of Sales for the Americas, who served as a primary demonstrator of the ecosystem at the show.

G2E is the largest gathering of global, commercial, and tribal gaming professionals in North America, showcasing the latest developments in gaming products and technology. Its 21st edition marked the largest in-person global gaming event since the pandemic, with 233 exhibitors.

The event gathered over 13,000 global gaming professionals, including exhibitors, buyers, and media. It featured five dynamic keynotes and 46 education sessions, with cashless technologies taking center stage. Organizers have confirmed G2E 2022 will be held on October 10-13.

Before the event took place, Sims told Yogonet in an exclusive interview that "sports betting is certainly the fastest-growing segment” of the company’s business. As SUZOHAPP expects in-play betting to become a growing part of the US market, operators need “the right terminals to do that."

“By offering a product for every step of the experience, we were able to stand out from the crowd and start some great conversations,” he added in a new press release, reflecting on the successful G2E presentation.
