Ahead of one of the biggest gaming event’s in the Latin American gaming industry, Win System’s Marketing Manager, Virginia Pin, shares her expectations for the show.

What products will Win Systems be displaying at this year's show?

We will be showcasing a range of our gaming products and management systems to delegates at the Buenos Aires show. Having received very positive feedback to our extensive range of casino solutions over the last few months at other trade shows in LatAm, and we hope to make a similar impact at SAGSE.

Senior personnel will be exhibiting our functional, revenue driving casino management systems, including WIGOS and Intellia. These process vast amounts of casino floor data, improving the decision-making process for managers, which in turn drives the bottom-line and user experience through effective marketing.

Our leading gaming machines will also be on the stand. Delegates will have the opportunity to try our slots and electronic roulette first-hand, and we are confident they'll enjoy the immersive gameplay and premium design.

How has the last year been for Win Systems? Has the integration of Gold Club been a success?

It's been a very busy 12 months for all of us at Win Systems as we've successfully integrated Gold Club into our operations. This process has significantly expanded our scale and product range, and we hope to build on this in the coming months.

As well as this, we've deployed our systems and machines into various new casino operators in several territories around the world. We've also embarked on a major push to incorporate Gold Club gaming machines into our existing systems partners, while also utilizing their contacts to cross-sell our systems the opposite way.

The response to our improved casino solution offering has been very positive from our partners. They have taken advantage of the synergies and cost-savings associated by using one supplier for their systems and gaming needs, backed up by a trustworthy and efficient customer care team.

What is your current involvement in the Latin American market?

Win Systems holds a strong footprint in the region, with decades of experience working with operators and regulators alike. This has provided us with the knowledge to develop the most suitable management systems for the market.

In recent months, we have made a concerted push within LatAm to expand on our current operations. This has involved integrating our Gold Club products into our existing partners within the area, as well entering new territories where we previously had not been active.

There has been encouraging movement in terms of regulation across different jurisdictions in the past few years. We've been keeping an eye on these developments to ensure we are quick to market our leading casino solutions to new clients and their passionate players.

How is SAGSE useful for your business interests within South America specifically?

SAGSE brings the key stakeholders in the industry together, with leading names from operators, suppliers and regulators present. Being able to talk through current issues and opportunities with our casino colleagues face-to-face is extremely productive as we look to build the Win Systems offering. These discussions enable us to shape our product development and make improvements to ensure our partners are getting the best service possible. Much of this is shaped by shows like SAGSE.

It also provides an unprecedented showcase in the region for our product range. We are expecting significant footfall through our stand during this year's show, which will allow us to explain and demonstrate to potential clients how our products can fit into their operations.

Are you optimistic for the future of the casino and wider gaming industry in the region?

Absolutely! We have seen the region make great strides in recent years in regulation and product development and I am very positive in my future outlook. We have always been aware of the huge demand for casino gaming in LatAm, but this has occasionally faced obstacles which have slowed the rate of development, including poorly thought through regulation and uncompetitive practices.

However, the last five years has seen the region learn from successfully regulated territories around the world, particularly within western Europe, and I look forward to this trend continuing. We are very excited by the opportunities that will present themselves as we continue to tap into this huge market with enormous potential.
