Rosenberg replaces Haken Hallstedt as Director General, who left the regulatory body in December 2016 as Lotteriinspektionen redrafted its first national gambling review.
Prior to her time with the regulator, Rosenberg held a number of management positions with the Energimyndigheten Swedish energy agency, most recently general counsel.
