Merkur Gaming Americas will, as an Associate Member of NIGA, be exhibiting at the upcoming National Indian Gaming Association’s Tradeshow & Convention being held on April 10 - 13 in San Diego, California.

Having become, in 2016, an Associate Member of NIGA, Merkur Gaming Americas will make its first appearance as a NIGA member at the Association’s Tradeshow & Convention, being held this year in San Diego, California.

On Booth 1515 at the San Diego Convention Center Merkur Gaming Americas will bring a strong trans-Atlantic team to present a range of slot products that are innovated and produced to the very highest ‘made in Germany’ standards. Leading the line-up will be the unique slant top concept Avantgarde and its latest evolution, the Avantgarde Trio, alongside the ultra-modern Merkurstar upright cabinet. Great machines need great games and, from Merkur Gaming’s huge games library, some of the very best examples will be on show at NIGA.

Is it man or beast? From the pages of Greek mythology comes the volatile Zentaurus: a 20 line, 5 reels games featuring multiplying Wilds and Scatter awards of 10 free games featuring the Superspin feature where winning symbols are held and the remaining positions respin until there are no additional wins. As the game title suggests, Deep Sea Treasure is an underwater adventure played on 3 reels and 30 lines. The Octopus Scatter triggers the pick and win Octopus Bonus while the Blowfish Scatter awards 2 to 6 free games with a x1 to x5 win multiplier. These, and the many other game themes on display, are sure to catch the attention of those who demand variety in their gaming entertainment.

Merkur Gaming Americas is part of the world famous Gauselmann Group, the family owned German gaming market leader that this year celebrates its 60th anniversary. Today’s Merkur Gaming Americas product offering is thus supported by all of those many years of knowledge, experience and proven success. While a newcomer to Indian Country, Merkur Gaming Americas is fully focused on bringing those same family values of excellence to what is undoubtedly one of the most vibrant and exciting gaming sectors on the planet.

Merkur Gaming Americas Chief Executive, Charles Hiten, is excited by the prospect but also under no illusions as to the task that lies ahead. He noted: “Our presence as exhibitors at the NIGA tradeshow is one that we make with great pride but also with humility and a clear awareness that we have much to learn. Our discussions with NIGA, and particularly with its Chairman Ernest L. Stevens, Jr., have been more than encouraging and we will come to San Diego ready to take our first steps by a process of listening, looking and learning. As we engage with Indian Country gaming we will do so not just as suppliers but also as supportive partners with tribal operators. I warmly invite all NIGA attendees to come to meet us, view our product range and so start to form the relationships that will spur us on as we become a familiar name in the world of tribal government gaming.”
