(Turkey)- Turkish media-to-energy conglomerate Dogan Holding announced that it will partner with Italian giant Lottomatica in order to tender a bid for Turkish National Lottery. The two released a statement early last week announcing the signing of a memorandum of understanding that would establish a joint venture to bid for the right to operate the National Lottery.
