(UK).- Aristocrat Technologies Europe has heralded the 2010 International Gaming Expo as its most productive London Show on record in relation to the number of sales orders registered on-stand. The company attributes much of the new business gained to the high level of interest shown towards its headlining European debut product, JAWS Link.

General Manager for Europe, Daniel Lindsay said: “The level of business written at this year’s IGE was very pleasing, with operators from across the continent giving a huge vote of confidence not only to JAWS – clearly a standout product of the show – but to linked and standalone games throughout our new 2010 range. We also achieved significant sales of our latest Spanish Type B models, an extremely encouraging development that builds more momentum for Aristocrat’s ongoing penetration of the Spanish street market.”

He added: “With challenging economic pressures still being faced by many operators, we are delighted that they have chosen our games to refresh their slot floors.”

Aristocrat launched no fewer than 20 first-release Viridian/Gen7 titles for Europe at IGE 2010, with at least 25 games making their maiden appearance at any EMEA trade show.
