Sumario

(Chile).- Chile Casino Superintendent signed an agreement with the Bolivian Authority of Audit and Social Control of Gaming. He susbribed within the visit that the Bolivian delegation made to Chile with the aim to know in deep the task of the Chilean regulator.

Casino Superintendent, Renato Hamel, and Executive Director of the Authority of Audit and Social Control of Gaming of Bolivia, Veimar Cazón, signed a collaboration agreement that seeks to establish a mechanism of coordination, cooperation and mutual advise to develop joint actions addressed to boost the study and investigation of issues related to regulatory issues related to the games of chance industry and their control.

Such deal considers the reciprocal support in initiatives of study and/or ellaboration of projects; development of training activities; exchange of personnel to develop programs and/or research projects; planification, organization and execution of reports and studies in issues of common interest, among others.

In the working days, which started Monday and concluded yesterday with the signing of the deal, different subjects related to the application of the law in force in Chile were treated, in aspects such as the evaluation process of operating licenses, the collection of games of the Superintendence, the homologation process of the gaming material, the fiscalization process, the policy of transparency and the complaints service, among other issues.
