(UK, exclusive Yogonet.com).- In its last edition at traditional Earls Court Convention Center in London, once again ICE achieved to establish itself as the main trade show for the gambling sector in Europe, as well as the opening of the international schedule, gathering a great number of top-level executives and companies that showcased their novelties and developments.

From the beginning, the halls of the Convention Center were full of visitors, dispelling the doubts that weighed on this ICE edition, due to the hard situation that the different key regional markets are going through.

The habitual cold was dissipated inside Earls Court pavilions, which brought its warm welcome to the latest edition in this building, because Clarion Gaming authorities –the organizers of the event- informed that next year ICE will be held February 5-7 in the new ExCel Exhibition Center.

With regards to the event, exhibiting companies kept the same level of excellence than in previous years, offering very bright and colourful booths, wide exhibition spaces and, above all, novelties for the European public.

As usual, the slots attracted the attention of the public, and a great number of titles are based in proven global franchises, such as Penthouse, Grease, Marilyn, Elvis, Lord of the Rings, Godzilla and Michael Jackson, among others. Besides, there is a growing trend towards the development of games for tablets and smart cell phones, and the space allocated for online gaming keeps on growing, which is already a hallmark of the latest editions of the event.

The companies dedicated to table games also introduced remarkable innovations, from new side bets alternatives for roulettes to intelligent management systems or triple wheels that let bettors play in three different roulettes in one throw. In every sense, innovation was a constant presence in the main stands of the event.

This way, ICE seems to have overcome the resentment of the market after a difficult year for several European economies, and enables to face 2012 with renewed hopes, in which manufacturers bet for the recovery of the operators, and also bet for investment as key to face the crisis.
