(US).- Pinnacle Entertainment announced that it has closed an offer, whereby it has exchanged us$ 350 million aggregate principal amount of 8.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2020, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for an equal principal amount of its outstanding 8.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2020.
