(Uruguay).- In a ceremony held in the first floor of the Ministry of Economy and Finances (MEF), Javier Cha assumed formally as national director of Casinos. Authorities of the mentioned ministry, as well as legislators and other members of the executive, together with officers and leaders of the entity, attended the event.

“Casinos del Estado is a tool that the country may use as a political leverage and of concept of development to achieve important investments that influence in the generation of employment, activity and development of that policy of development that the use of the casino may generate”, said Cha to the media, after the ceremony.
Besides, the minister of Economy and Finances, Fernando Lorenzo, said that several legal voids will be covered, as the one connected with the slots problem.
