Ireland to draft new gaming laws
(Ireland).- The process of updating Irish gaming laws is expected to get under way this summer. There are estimated to be between 25 and 35 casino-style clubs in Ireland at present. Although casinos are not permitted under the existing law, which dates back to 1956, the industry operates by utilising a loophole in this legislation.
